Overview:

If you have received a letter recently, regarding your voluntary participation in the Health Effects Monitoring Program we need to hear from you.

If you are a Yellowknives Dene First Nation or North Slave Metis Alliance member, we also need to hear from you.

Your participation is essential for this important monitoring program to succeed. The final results will show your current exposure to arsenic and other metals of concern.

All that is involved is a short interview, some sampling and you will receive a gift card and our sincere thanks for being a part of this important study.
