Testing for arsenic is easy. Saliva, toenail, and urine samples: That's all it takes.

Event Details

Overview:

The Health Effects Monitoring Program will continue to reach out to another nine hundred selected households between this APRIL and JUNE.

Watch out for Invitation Letters to participate in the study. If you have lived in Yellowknife, Ndilo or Dettah for the past 12 months, and are between 3 to 79 years old, we welcome you to participate.

To participate requires a short interview, where you also provide a small sample of your toenail clippings, urine and saliva. You will receive a gift card and our sincere thanks for being part of this unique and long-term program.

For those individuals who took part in the Study last fall, be advised that you will receive your personal results this September.
